When we first read about TechCrunch’s piece on Evoz’s modern baby monitoring systems, we were quite interested being that half of us were fathers. The fact that it can decipher between a baby’s cries and a tortured fan from a sports team’s poor play intruiged us. Collecting, analyzing and sharing your baby’s cry and sleep data as well as unlimited monitor range with text/email alerts (in real-time) was something beyond what is available in the market. We got a chance to sit down with Evoz CEO Avishai Shoham to give us an insight on Evoz latest version of the app and exclusive look of their Evoz monitor which is expected to ship in September and CTO Ruwan Welaratna to give us the rundown on how they worked on the baby crying algorithms.
