We just turned off the main end of the baby monitor, and we forgot to turn off the receiving end (the listening end) and we started picking up a signal of a family having a conversation. This has been a toughie for me and hubby. The reviews on all baby monitors are very mixed, and neither brand nor price really seem to have anything to do with whether or not people like a monitor. Does anyone know how to extend the range of a video baby monitor? Our monitor is 900mhz. We live in an old building full of steel and concrete so the signal doesn’t go well between rooms and is lost entirely between the baby room and the master bedroom. There are boosters for wifi networks so I would assume there is some technology or the same one that would work for baby monitors.
